Limiting Voice
(quoting from the book)

The Limiting Judge is critical of you and of
others. It is inflexible and self-righteous in its
opinion of truth. It judges you and/or others as
inferior to a self-created standard, feeling it is the
ultimate authority. The Limiting Judge is created
at an early age when you decided you could not
measure up to someone else's standard for you.

You have selected the Limiting Voice of Judge as indicated by the black
border at the top of the card. How you act or react to this Inner Voice will
control your results. Using the Limiting side of any voice will cause you to
create results you may regret and will definitely block you from achieving
your potential.
You are now at a choice point.
You can agree that Limiting Judge is your truth, or you can transform this
energy to guide you forward toward your goal as an Empowered guide. Use
